Where to Park@SG (wtp-sg.wjfoong.com) shows live HDB carpark lot availability. It has no accounts and doesn't ask for your name, email or phone number. This page explains what happens to your data when you use it.
In short
- Your location stays on your device. It's never sent to us.
- We don't keep personal data about you, and we don't use analytics or tracking cookies of our own.
- Ads on the site are provided by Google, which uses cookies. See Advertising.
Your location
If you allow it, your browser tells the app where you are. The app uses this only on your device, to sort carparks nearest first and to centre the map on you. It isn't sent to our servers or stored by us. You can withdraw permission at any time in your browser or phone settings; the app then sorts carparks by free lots instead.
What's stored on your device
- Your vehicle choice (car, motorcycle or heavy vehicle), so the app opens on it next time.
- An offline copy of the app's files and the last carpark data, so it keeps working without a connection.
Neither leaves your device. To remove them, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
What other services receive
Like any website, the services that deliver the app receive technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and serves the carpark data. It processes these requests to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- OneMap (Singapore Land Authority) provides the map. Your browser loads map images from OneMap for the area you're viewing.
- data.gov.sg: if the site's own copy of the live data is unavailable, your browser fetches it from data.gov.sg directly.
Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep the app free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
